About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Maersk Agency USA, Inc. as a Revenue Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in a defined target market, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Lead meetings and exceed revenue targets through effective business development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and our products to be a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with management and operations to meet customer needs and propose innovative solutions
  • Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust customer database through market research
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients
  • Surpass revenue goals and improve win probability
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients
  • Organized and efficient time management skills to prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Problem-solving skills to propose innovative supply chain solutions
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 plus sales incentive plan
