Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to become a vital part of our dynamic team in the construction sector.

This position offers a unique chance to play a key role in our company's expansion by establishing and nurturing relationships with significant business clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in B2B sales, particularly within the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:
As our B2B Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction sector.
  • Formulating and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Providing precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Staying informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction industry.

  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector, including products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data and market research.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
