Position Summary:
General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our Defense Division.

Typical Responsibilities:
- Review resumes, responses to job postings, and employment applications.
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, personal goals, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate reference checks and assess reference data related to prior employment.
- Provide employment recommendations based on insights gathered through interviews, reference checks, and applications.
- Serve as an internal consultant for management on employment-related issues.
- Assist managers in assessing candidate qualifications and selecting the most suitable individuals.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze various employment data regarding advertising effectiveness, turnover rates, diversity in hiring, recruitment campaigns, and other related metrics.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of short- and long-term workforce planning objectives, considering factors such as corporate growth, talent availability, and hiring timelines.
- Create advertising campaigns by drafting content for job postings, selecting ad placements, and coordinating advertising schedules across suitable media.
- Organize and lead college recruitment initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various potential applicant sources, including recruitment agencies, government entities, educational institutions, vocational schools, and similar organizations.
- May mentor and review the work of junior professionals.

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of recruiting experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of current experience in government contracting recruitment.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $84,000 - $126,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation; actual salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements, and may fall outside this range.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
