POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all residents, their guests, and service providers. This role involves verifying that all visitors and service personnel have the appropriate authorization to be on the premises. The coordinator proactively identifies potential issues and responds effectively to disturbances and unauthorized activities. In case of emergencies, the coordinator acts promptly to manage the situation.
The coordinator will also provide assistance and information to residents, guests, and service providers, while diligently monitoring and patrolling designated areas to maintain a secure environment for all individuals on-site, thereby minimizing risks of loss or damage.
