Position Overview

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Assist the Human Resources Director with daily operational tasks
  • Execute administrative functions such as maintaining records, managing schedules, filing documents, and data entry
  • Facilitate the coordination of interviews and training sessions
  • Support the recruitment process and onboarding initiatives
  • Oversee benefits enrollment and track important dates
  • Plan and organize team-building events
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep track of certifications and safety training documentation

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Google Docs is essential
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Paychex Flex is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills
