Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Assist the Human Resources Director with daily operational tasks
- Execute administrative functions such as maintaining records, managing schedules, filing documents, and data entry
- Facilitate the coordination of interviews and training sessions
- Support the recruitment process and onboarding initiatives
- Oversee benefits enrollment and track important dates
- Plan and organize team-building events
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Keep track of certifications and safety training documentation
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Google Docs is essential
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute
- Familiarity with Paychex Flex is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills
