Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance of our properties.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 30 pounds, and to stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.
Working Conditions

This is a non-exempt position that requires frequent exposure to outdoor climate and weather conditions. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and kneeling, as well as manual dexterity and auditory and visual skills.
