  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and brokers to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and drive results
  • Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) for assigned brands to ensure account profitability
  • Work with the Inventory Planning and Logistics team to mitigate returns risk and optimize inventory levels
  • Develop and execute long-range plans and annual joint business plans to drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of direct selling experience in the CPG industry, preferably in cosmetics or hair care
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive results and flawless execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills
