Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability for assigned brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and brokers to drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and drive results
- Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in assigned markets
- Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) for assigned brands to ensure account profitability
- Work with the Inventory Planning and Logistics team to mitigate returns risk and optimize inventory levels
- Develop and execute long-range plans and annual joint business plans to drive growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of direct selling experience in the CPG industry, preferably in cosmetics or hair care
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to drive results and flawless execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills
