Business Development Director

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maintain a portfolio of medical billing clients in our dedicated Southeast Territory.
- Generate leads through lead generation, company website, and referrals.
- Develop strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and their staff to grow new business.
- Negotiate contracts with potential clients and communicate value proposition to administrators, physicians, and boards of directors.
- Act as client liaison/escalation point for your entire book of business.
- Visit clients regularly to maintain strong communication/relationships.
- Quickly and effectively work with operations team to resolve areas of client concern.
- Prepare and present financial updates for client shareholders/stakeholders.
- 2+ years' service-based sales and lead generation experience within the healthcare industry.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or equally qualifying major preferred.
- Ability to travel upwards of 35-45%.
- Skilled in developing and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in person and through electronic correspondence.
- Ability to understand medical billing financial benchmarks and communicate them effectively to clients and prospects.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment with proven success.
- Ability to think analytically and apply critical thinking skills to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and multitask.
- Capable of building and delivering presentations in PowerPoint, Prezi, or Canva.
