Job Opportunity: Business Development DirectorAt in2itive Business Solutions, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and expand our client base, specifically targeting Ambulatory Surgery Centers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and their staff, and ensuring exceptional service and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maintain a portfolio of medical billing clients in our dedicated Southeast Territory.
  • Generate leads through lead generation, company website, and referrals.
  • Develop strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and their staff to grow new business.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients and communicate value proposition to administrators, physicians, and boards of directors.
  • Act as client liaison/escalation point for your entire book of business.
  • Visit clients regularly to maintain strong communication/relationships.
  • Quickly and effectively work with operations team to resolve areas of client concern.
  • Prepare and present financial updates for client shareholders/stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' service-based sales and lead generation experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or equally qualifying major preferred.
  • Ability to travel upwards of 35-45%.
  • Skilled in developing and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in person and through electronic correspondence.
  • Ability to understand medical billing financial benchmarks and communicate them effectively to clients and prospects.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment with proven success.
  • Ability to think analytically and apply critical thinking skills to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and multitask.
  • Capable of building and delivering presentations in PowerPoint, Prezi, or Canva.
