Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Monster Energy Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and profitability by analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scorecards to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to the Sales Management Team to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Review sales and distribution data to identify opportunities for growth and implement proactive measures to address challenges.
  • Interface with department managers and IT to recommend changes to workflow procedures and system configurations.
  • Establish and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Review monthly financials and sales reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Thorough knowledge of business administration principles, including accounting, fiscal management, and personnel practices.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Base Pay Range: $69,675 - $99,535
