Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Tailored Management. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and revenue
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving growth and revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GMI and FIA Tech systems
- Knowledge of futures and derivatives products and processes
- Experience working in a global environment with outsourced partners
