Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Tailored Management. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving growth and revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GMI and FIA Tech systems
  • Knowledge of futures and derivatives products and processes
  • Experience working in a global environment with outsourced partners
