Position Overview:
To qualify for this role, candidates must currently hold the title of Client Services Associate or be reachable on the competitive list for this position.

Role Description:
The Customer Service Division is looking to onboard five (5) dynamic Client Services Associates who will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of calls daily to assist applicants with various permits.

The selected candidates will undergo training to ensure that applicants receive accurate and timely information regarding permit applications, delivered with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Provide assistance to customers via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Access and navigate computer databases, manual files, and records to gather necessary information.
- Enter customer data and categorize the purpose of calls into the database.
- Document complaints and requests, and conduct follow-up courtesy calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Offer detailed guidance to applicants for completing their application processes.
- Prepare relevant forms and reports.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisory or executive staff as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry to support permit operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or
  • An associate degree from an accredited institution along with two years of relevant experience in customer service or information technology; or
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience; or
  • A combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
