Business Development Opportunity
AVI Systems is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead regional operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, technical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions within established policies and budgets.

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing Technical Services teams, and building relationships with employees, customers, and partners. They will also identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve business objectives.

Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Manage Technical Services teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, customers, and partners to promote sales and growth.

Requirements
  • Leadership experience in operations or business development.
  • Excellent technical skills in electronics, IT systems integration, or related fields.
  • Able to make informed decisions within established policies and budgets.
  • Candidates with CTS and PMP Certification are preferred.
