About the Role
Chainlink Labs is seeking a highly experienced professional to drive business growth and expansion in the Americas. As Head of Americas, Commercial Growth, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key players in capital markets, influencing product development, and representing Chainlink Labs at industry events. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong negotiation skills, and an ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets software or services sales, with a proven track record of achieving enterprise software sales targets. They should have deep expertise working with market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks, as well as experience negotiating complex commercial agreements. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to build something from scratch, is essential for this role.

As a regional ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships with key institutions, fostering revenue growth, and ensuring the success of targeted accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients in highly regulated industries.

This is a remote-based role, with occasional overlap required with Eastern Standard Time (EST). The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
