Regional Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in New York. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional business development strategies that contribute to company revenue through driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities within the North America market.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing regional business development strategies to drive pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities within the North America market.
- Building strategic relationships with Sales Teams to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Leveraging data and insights to understand regional nuances, identify gaps/opportunities, define target audiences, explore new markets, and report on impact.
- Organizing events, including online events and in-person events that drive MQLs and sales pipeline, as well as bespoke events for high-priority accounts.
- Collaborating tightly cross-functionally with teams like; SDRs, Partner Sales Managers, Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Comms/PRs, and others to establish Amplitude as the leading #1 Digital Analytics Platform across the East Region in NAMER.
- 5+ years of field marketing experience managing and executing a regional marketing strategy including in-person and online events.
- Deep understanding of demand generation and ABM strategies and how events contribute to broader marketing and sales goals.
- Proven track record of having worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with a 'builder' mindset.
- A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, and analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions.
- Self-starter with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
