Regional Business Development Executive

We're seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Business Development Executive to join our team at Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies. This role comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory, working closely with Home Depot store managers and staff to drive sales growth. Your tasks will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and making sales presentations
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of previous sales, retail, account management, or service-oriented experience. A background in roofing or single-ply roofing is a plus, as is fluency in Spanish.
