Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales teams in the Northeast region, focusing on driving sales results, developing talent, and implementing company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Supervise and develop Store Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  5. Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales performance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need 5-10 years of relevant retail experience, a strong understanding of retail merchandising and profit drivers, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a company car, cellphone, paid community service hours, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match.
