Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales teams in the Northeast region, focusing on driving sales results, developing talent, and implementing company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Supervise and develop Store Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales performance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need 5-10 years of relevant retail experience, a strong understanding of retail merchandising and profit drivers, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a company car, cellphone, paid community service hours, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match.
