Role Responsibilities:

As the Programmatic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our technology partners. Your primary focus will be on negotiating significant revenue agreements to enhance programmatic spending with key advertising technology firms, agencies, and holding companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with ad tech partners, particularly Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and their sales teams, as well as programmatic teams at agencies and clients.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Programmatic Partnerships and ad sales teams to maximize opportunities with each client.
  • Formulating and executing media and campaign strategies to achieve or surpass client performance indicators.
  • Leading budget optimization recommendations across programmatic and digital media placements to ensure a positive return on marketing investment.
  • Contributing to the creation and testing of new audience segments, ensuring that results are well-documented.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting new product initiatives.
  • Employing creative problem-solving skills to drive collaboration across teams, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Participating in the Partnerships & Ad Operations team and reporting directly to the Head of Programmatic Partnerships.
  • Demonstrating a passion for programmatic advertising and navigating the complexities of the advertising landscape.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client business reviews, RFPs, and RFIs, while supporting internal stakeholders and external business growth.
  • Working closely with business operations, finance, partnerships, and sales teams to identify new insights and opportunities.
  • Balancing independent business driving with being a supportive team player.
  • Successfully negotiating large revenue agreements with strategic partners.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships or sales within a buy-side ad tech environment, directly engaging with brands and agencies to drive programmatic monetization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising agency landscape, DSPs, and identity resolution technologies.
  • Experience and understanding of the omnichannel advertising ecosystem and the ad tech landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one DSP platform.
  • Proficiency in programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with third-party tracking, serving, and attribution technologies.
