At Adyen, we prioritize partnerships, with a significant portion of our active deals involving collaborators. Our goal is to elevate this figure to over 70% in the next five years. To spearhead this initiative, we are in search of a proficient Senior Alliances Partner Manager to enhance Adyen's Alliance Partnerships program across North America (US & Canada).

In this pivotal role, you will concentrate on cultivating and expanding connections with System Integrators and Digital Agencies. Familiarity with payment integrations involving industry leaders such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuora, Shopify, and Adobe is essential. Your responsibilities will include strategically partnering with these entities to optimize mutual advantages and stimulate channel growth for Adyen.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in boosting the enterprise pipeline and accelerating overall business development. If you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative setting and possess a robust background in partner management, we encourage you to consider joining our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive partner management strategy
  • Serve as the primary contact between Adyen and System Integrators & Digital Agencies
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and support of partners
  • Collaborate on market entry strategies and joint marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate and manage partnership contracts
  • Engage with key stakeholders and conduct performance reviews
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnerships within the payments or fintech industry
  • 8-10+ years in a partnerships or alliances capacity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with global commercial insight
  • Professional, adaptable, and organized
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Additional Information:

  • Position may require travel, both domestically and internationally
  • Base salary range: $150,000-$195,000
