Key Responsibilities

As a leading platform for short-form mobile video, TikTok is dedicated to fostering creativity and joy. Our Monetization Product Partnerships team plays a crucial role in driving growth through strategic collaborations.

This Partner Manager position is essential to our approach, focusing on nurturing and expanding partnerships within the Commerce, Campaign Management, Lead Generation, CRM, and Ad Tech sectors.

In this role, you will:
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with key partners in the Commerce, Campaign Management, Lead Generation, CRM, and Ad Tech sectors.
  • Identify and establish new partnerships that align with our monetization strategy and meet advertisers' specific needs.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of these partnerships, from initial outreach to integration and long-term growth strategies.
  • Lead intricate integration initiatives with partners, ensuring mutual benefits from our collaborations.
  • Explore and implement enhancements to existing solutions to address the evolving demands of businesses and creators on TikTok.
  • Represent TikTok with professionalism and integrity in all external interactions and negotiations.
  • Collaborate on product innovation with strategic ad tech platforms, ensuring alignment with TikTok's unique challenges and objectives.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, co-marketing efforts, and commercial activations, including refining value propositions and sales materials tailored to TikTok's context.
  • Build relationships that promote TikTok's sales narratives and best practices, empowering partners to advocate for and scale TikTok's advertising solutions.
  • Engage in solution-driven partnerships, focusing on optimizing creative outputs through both technological and service-oriented methods.
  • Facilitate performance-oriented partnerships, emphasizing lower-funnel optimization and activating new performance features.
  • Ensure continuous feedback from partners is integrated into TikTok's product development processes.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to leverage optimization and reporting tools based on first and third-party data.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles related to partnerships and business development.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling growth initiatives in a dynamic technical environment.
  • Experience in developing complex integrations with third-party platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly organized, with a strong focus on processes and building.
  • A strategic thinker who is also action-oriented and enjoys hands-on execution.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and responsibilities, making informed decisions without a clear roadmap.
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences at various levels of seniority.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience working within international teams.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, organic/social management, and local services products.
  • Familiarity with organic content and creator monetization is advantageous.
  • Experience with native payment solutions and integrations is a plus.
