Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Deliver strategic insight and support to management and team members regarding talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and workforce strategy. Work closely with HR Directors and business leaders to drive organizational advancement through effective talent recruitment and development.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Engage in the hiring process by conducting interviews, overseeing onboarding procedures, and assisting managers with staffing choices.
  • Employee Relations Management: Address employee relations issues, carry out investigations, ensure adherence to policies, and provide training on legal and safety standards.
  • Talent and Performance Development: Facilitate talent tracking, succession planning, and training programs aimed at retaining high-potential leaders.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Advocate for diverse recruitment practices and foster respectful workplace environments across all business locations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in hospitality recruitment is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
