Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Offer strategic insights and guidance to management and team members regarding talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. Collaborate with HR Directors and organizational leaders to drive growth through effective talent recruitment and development.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Engage in the recruitment process by conducting candidate interviews, overseeing onboarding procedures, and supporting managers in staffing decisions.
- Employee Relations Management: Address employee relations issues, carry out investigations, ensure adherence to policies, and provide training on legal and safety standards.
- Talent and Performance Development: Assist in tracking talent, succession planning, and training initiatives aimed at retaining high-potential leaders.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Advocate for diversity in recruitment and foster respectful work environments across all business locations.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in hospitality recruitment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
- Valid driver's license required.
