Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Divine Touch Home Care. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including data integrity, reporting, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks in our HRIS system
  • Upload incoming documents to associate files
  • Audit incoming new hire packets for complete documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline reporting and auditing functions
  • Rotate job tasks on a periodic basis to increase team knowledge of all working aspects of HR
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and responsibility
  • Strong computer skills
  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
