Qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role is essential.
Certifications:
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification is preferred.
- SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification is also preferred.
