We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems that align with organizational goals and promote employee growth.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures to safeguard the organization.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and contribute to their career advancement.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and manage all HR-related documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Culture & Engagement: Actively contribute to a positive organizational culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally within the nonprofit sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR software and best practices. A thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • A genuine passion for working in the nonprofit sector and contributing to a meaningful mission.
