Technical Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to enhance their technical support team. This role involves providing both on-site and remote assistance to employees, ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support for various hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting soft phones, Jabber, headsets, Teams, and O365.
- Assist in upgrading and replacing machines, as well as setting up equipment for new employee training sessions.
- Manage and respond to support tickets efficiently, adhering to established SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with the team during the transition to Microsoft Identity with a hybrid setup, currently utilizing on-prem AD.
- Utilize the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for administration and configuration tasks.
- Engage with Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint to resolve user issues effectively.
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer service aptitude, with the ability to provide high-quality support to non-technical users in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in hands-on computer hardware and software support, particularly with Microsoft Office, Teams, Exchange, and various peripherals.
- Familiarity with configuring and administering Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
