Position Summary

The role involves delivering technical, operational, and administrative assistance for IT-related end-user provisioning and support devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess an Associate's degree in information systems or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience (minimum of 2 years).
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • Execute manual installations of non-packaged software, including both commercial products and internally developed applications, ensuring all necessary change management approvals are secured prior to deployment.
  • Handle multiple tasks and challenges in a dynamic environment while keeping end users and management updated on progress.
  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering general assistance with end-user hardware and standard corporate software.
  • Document technical challenges and their resolutions in line with incident and knowledge management protocols.
  • Experience in providing technical support for Windows 11 Cloud-based systems is a requirement.

Work Environment: Onsite support for our client.

Contract Duration: 3 Months
