Position Overview: A leading technology services provider is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to enhance their operational efficiency. This role involves providing comprehensive on-site and remote assistance to employees, ensuring smooth functionality of various software and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting non-technical users with their IT needs in a prompt manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to soft phones, collaboration tools, and productivity software.
- Manage and configure Windows operating systems and utilize the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for effective administration.
- Respond to and manage support tickets in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the onboarding process by setting up equipment for new hires and providing necessary training.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in providing hands-on support for computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and experience in handling technical support inquiries.
- Strong understanding of Windows configuration and administration, alongside proficiency in Microsoft 365 services.
