Position: Client Support Specialist
Location: Chattanooga, TN (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $22 - $24.32 per hour
Role Summary:
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for managing client enrollments, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Management: Oversee the complete process of client enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
- Data Oversight: Manage underwriting options, input membership data, and facilitate the ordering of identification cards.
- Billing Reconciliation: Address billing discrepancies, keep transaction records up to date, and oversee various billing processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with COBRA regulations and manage contributions to Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and compile weekly performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sector.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
