Senior Business Insights Analyst

Analytical Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive analytics related to claims processing for payment and benefits management, aimed at enhancing strategic efficiency and optimization of health rules for payers.
  • Manage robotic process automation, development, and analytical functions.
  • Create innovative reporting solutions to support claims operations, involving extensive and intricate reporting from diverse data sources such as data warehouses, DASH, OneHub, and health rules.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of findings to management and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and completion of project business requirements.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in significant projects that necessitate robust project management capabilities, analytical acumen, creative problem-solving, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Assume a leadership role in fulfilling project obligations.
  • Assess project management timelines for the completion of complex assignments as designated by management and business partners, including recommendations for overall project execution such as resource allocation, timelines, requirements, and testing.

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to devise solutions for critical challenges.
  • Develop, sustain, and enhance robotic processing while partnering with the data team for optimal robotic development.
  • Uphold established processes within claims operations to execute operational reporting.
  • Monitor and trend processing systems to identify potential adverse impacts.
  • May lead and cross-train as necessary.
  • Act as a proxy for claims management in claim-related projects.
Additional Responsibilities as Assigned by Management:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Analytics (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Tableau, and SQL databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems (identifying issues and working through to resolution) and conduct analytics is essential.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives and Management while working independently is crucial.
  • Capacity to collaborate with multi-functional business partners.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-oriented environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
