Core Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Generate thorough financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, emphasizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Support the formulation and oversight of annual budgets and forecasts. Track actual performance against budgeted figures and conduct variance analysis.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and sustain intricate financial models to back business cases, investment assessments, and scenario analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from diverse sources, ensuring precision and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Identify avenues for enhancing financial processes and systems, implementing best practices to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with various departments, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to comprehend business requirements and deliver financial insights and recommendations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA or CFA certification is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to interpret complex financial data and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
