The Market Research Insights Specialist role is essential for assisting team members with comprehensive market analysis and operational support.

In this position, you will contribute significantly to your team by engaging in data evaluation and reporting, orchestrating online research initiatives, managing qualitative research logistics, and resolving respondent-related challenges.

As an entry-level team member, this role offers exposure to a diverse range of practical market research projects and methodologies, enhancing your understanding and responsibilities in the field over time.

Key Research Responsibilities:

  • Executing and monitoring research projects
  • Developing and validating research tools and outputs
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative data assessments, data adjustments, and response coding, with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Supporting the creation of presentations and reports
  • Overseeing respondent and data integrity
  • Facilitating online research discussion platforms
  • Identifying and proposing engaging research initiatives to maintain respondent interest

Key Logistical Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and resolving inquiries from research participants via electronic communication
  • Monitoring and forecasting participant engagement and incentive expenses
  • Recruiting and scheduling participants for online qualitative interviews and focus groups
  • Creating and managing participant accounts and data within our research system

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience
  • A recent Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Sociology is preferred. A keen interest in market research and branding is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including data manipulation and chart creation, is required. Familiarity with SPSS or similar data analysis tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
