**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and track new business incidents on a daily basis, identifying trends and root causes.
  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses of issues using advanced applications across domains such as enrollment, billing, claims, client setup, and provider networks.
  • Categorize incidents into trended problems and maintain problem tickets through our problem management module.
  • Facilitate problem management meetings with key stakeholders to identify, update, and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain a problem management database to track issues and their resolution status.
  • Collaborate with our Rapid Insights team to develop tools that monitor our business and quickly identify new issues.

**Requirements**

  • Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to work as a matrixed leader across our organization.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare or health insurance operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 2+ years of experience in problem management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and root causes of problems.
  • Experience working with Service Now and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Google Big Query, SQL, or other coding languages.
