Position Overview
The Regional Sales and Operations Leader is dedicated to driving sales and operational excellence with a commitment to integrity. We seek a dynamic individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and possesses a unique blend of industry expertise and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and operations across multiple retail locations within the region.
- Establish clear roles and processes for the regional team to standardize operations and assess performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Overcome challenges and motivate your team to reach exceptional results.
- Mentor and develop team members by fostering a positive and open team culture through recognition, performance management, and team-building activities.

- Manage all personnel responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, development, and accountability.
- Enhance regional performance by considering diverse perspectives when addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze financial performance to identify individual and regional opportunities for improvement.

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners to support training, operations, and market development for success.

- Exemplify high standards of integrity to cultivate a regional culture that aligns with our core values.

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Open availability with no scheduling restrictions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work 44 hours or more per week as business demands.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED.

Experience
- 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment, including supervision of staff.
- 2-5 years of sales and sales management experience.

Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in store management and operations.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements

This position may involve working in various environments. Must be able to work a 40+ hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods is necessary. Must have the ability to use both hands for fine and gross manipulation of tools, such as computers and telephones. Vision capabilities must be sufficient to read handwritten and typed materials.
