The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with overseeing, guiding, and nurturing a team of designated Account Developers in the promotion of company products and the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure that revenue targets and objectives are achieved.
This role is pivotal in cultivating essential customer relationships and fostering cross-departmental collaborations while engaging in the strategic planning of significant initiatives.The Regional Sales Manager holds accountability for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation, along with the accurate reporting of outcomes to the relevant management levels to ensure that anticipated goals are met.
A key responsibility also includes the overall leadership of the merchandising team.Duties & Responsibilities
Instructs, trains, mentors, recruits, and develops account developers on the processes and protocols necessary to optimize sales and profitability within assigned accounts.
This is accomplished through market visits, goal setting, and action plan monitoring. Establishes sales objectives, timelines, and target lists for account developers while tracking results to ensure prompt execution of Speed to Market Initiatives.Oversees the timely implementation of all sales programs and initiatives to guarantee maximum sales and profitability for both the company and the customer.
Identifies and leverages opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and expand market share, space, and productivity in accounts while ensuring satisfactory customer service.
Formulates and presents sales strategies to both internal and external stakeholders. Sets district objectives that align with territory goals through scorecards and key performance indicators.Continuously evaluates market conditions through scheduled market visits.
Generates reports utilizing documentation, analytics tools, and reporting software to inform upper management of weekly and monthly district activities and trends.
Leads, motivates, and manages a team to achieve results by effectively communicating company objectives and deadlines; engages and develops team members through robust performance management, coaching, and training.
Implements continuous improvement strategies and embodies company values to inspire servant leadership. Ensures self-development initiatives are established and adhered to by collaborating with their capabilities manager and participating in both classroom and online training.
Establishes practices that guarantee a safe working environment and ensures that team members are trained in safe working techniques, including safety evaluations and training sessions.

Understanding of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations, along with advanced sales techniques.
Previous leadership and management experience is advantageous. Must exhibit strong planning and organizational skills. Building cross-functional relationships will be essential while leading, instructing, coaching, and executing the commercial strategy.Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid in-state Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
Knowledge gained through 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The work environment may vary, including exposure to various weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas that may not be temperature-controlled.
