Regional Sales Vice President

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Vice President to lead our dynamic sales team at Onco360 Pharmacy, a distinctive oncology pharmacy model designed to meet the needs of community, oncology, and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.
This position will oversee the South Central Region of the United States.

Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Vice President (RVP) is responsible for high-level management of a skilled sales team, developing strategies to expand business, managing the sales budget, and inspiring the sales team to reach their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute effective sales strategies and innovative concepts for the sales and hospital channels in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
2. Regularly update strategies to align with key organizational goals.
3. Lead the team to achieve and surpass the designated regional sales budget.
4. Supervise field sales directors to ensure adherence to and execution of sales initiatives by continuously monitoring team performance.
5. Collaborate with Hospital Account Managers and Field Sales Directors to ensure consistency between core and hospital sales teams.
Operational Excellence:
6. Work with hospital account managers to enhance processes, boost eligibility, and further develop hospital channels and customer loyalty.
7. Partner with the Regional Director Lead to ensure effective communication of operational duties, sales messaging, and processes among Regional Directors.
8. Identify gaps and strengths in current sales processes, implement necessary changes, and ensure optimal sales performance.
Collaboration and Compliance:
9. Ensure compliance and execution of sales initiatives by continuously reviewing sales plans, reporting information, and directing sales activities.
10. Collaborate with operational and financial leaders to guarantee optimal business performance.
11. Demonstrate leadership capabilities, financial management skills, and effective written and oral communication.
Team Development:
12. Work with the Senior Director of Sales Operations to ensure alignment and prioritization for the sales team to achieve their objectives.
13. Identify skill deficiencies among sales leaders and enhance individual capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Compliance Standards:
Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and relevant professional standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or pharmacy administration.
Desired: Master's degree.
Work Experience:
Required: Proven sales track record with a minimum of 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Specialty Pharmacy field management.
Skills/Knowledge:
Required: Strong analytical skills for defining and establishing strategies and action plans. Understanding of oncology therapeutic areas, products, and marketplace dynamics. Familiarity with trade relations, reimbursement environments, government programs, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation. Excellent presentation, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sales CRM Tools.
Behavioral Competencies:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory (50%). Must have access to transportation.
