Position Overview:

As a Store Operations Leader, you will exemplify leadership, inspire your team, and drive performance to connect customers with the services they need. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high standard of retail excellence. Familiarity with retail management, including hiring, training, and team leadership, is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments of team interactions with customers, providing constructive feedback to enhance development and training efforts.

  • Take charge of store performance, including staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention.

  • Foster team development through mentoring and training, encouraging behaviors that enhance customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and services to support your team effectively.

  • Drive productivity and financial performance, managing store expenses and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements through personalized performance management.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly performance targets.
  • Achieve or surpass store sales objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Open availability with no scheduling restrictions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Willingness to meet the demands of the business, which may include working 44 hours or more per week.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail.
  • 1-3 years of sales and sales management experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of store management and operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
