About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resilience Transformation Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Senior Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build resilience and adapt to changing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale transformation efforts in the federal, state, or local government on resilience, disaster management, or sustainability issues
  • Manage and inspire a team of staff to peak performance
  • Work with and facilitate discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Apply knowledge of change management methodologies and tools such as Prosci or LaMarsh
  • Develop and implement communications strategies using data-driven approaches
  • Obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Requirements
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation efforts
  • Experience managing and inspiring a team
  • Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to craft and develop communications using data-driven approaches
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent project management skills
  • Change Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
