Position Title: Senior Consultant, Federal Transformation Strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Facilitate change management processes for governmental clients
  • Provide transformation consulting services and guide junior team members
  • Support policy initiatives from conceptualization through execution
  • Create comprehensive change management strategies, including training and communication plans

Required Qualifications:

  • At least three years of pertinent experience in change management and policy development
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Proven experience in executing process improvement and change management projects
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and project management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to interact effectively with clients
  • Willingness to travel and possess U.S. citizenship with necessary security clearance
