Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and improve resilience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement plans to facilitate organizational change and ensure successful adoption of new strategies.
- Develop and deliver strategic communications plans to support organizational transformation and improve stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results.
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation efforts in the federal, state, or local government on resilience, disaster management, or sustainability issues.
- Experience managing and inspiring teams to peak performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft and develop communications using data-driven approaches.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Change Management Certification.
- Experience working with and facilitating discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools such as Prosci or LaMarsh.
