Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Implementation Support: Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide implementation support for various studies and projects, ensuring timely delivery of accurate work products.
  • Healthcare Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop, edit, and revise documents in compliance with customer requirements and agency policies/procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through the use of creative solutions and established workflows, providing timely and accurate reports, deliverables, and facilitation services.
  • Team Management: Organize and manage a team of subject matter experts through the facilitation of customer meetings and the management of multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience working on complex team-based engagements in a consulting organization for a federal customer.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to design and maintain multiple tailored Excel databases.
  • Qualifications: Ability to take direction, collaborate with multiple technical leads, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in completion of time-sensitive requirements.
Desired Skills
  • Facilitation: Experience facilitating meetings with healthcare and medical research topics.
  • Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to ask questions and think creatively.
  • Business Management: Experience coordinating business management inputs that support scheduling, planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities.
