Position Overview:
As a Senior Agile Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organization through its Agile transformation journey. Your expertise in frameworks such as Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban will be essential in fostering an Agile mindset across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies by utilizing Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery tools.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their understanding and application of Agile principles.
• Facilitate the launch of Agile Release Trains (ART) from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of SAFe training and workshops.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish and refine lean agile practices that promote organizational agility at scale.
• Engage in discussions with team leads and management to maintain focus on commitments, pace, and quality of deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coaching and guiding technology leaders through complex Agile transformations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-level organizational transformation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with supporting government entities such as the Navy, DoD, or DHS.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools.
  • Capability to lead discussions on Agile topics with executives and team leaders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Willingness to obtain a SAFe 5.1 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs.
  • Background in collaborating with senior executive leaders in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
