Job Title: Senior Consultant, Federal Transformation Strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current workflows for enhancement initiatives
  • Facilitate change management processes for government clients
  • Provide transformation services and guide junior team members
  • Support policy initiatives from conception through execution
  • Create comprehensive change management strategies, including communication and training frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • At least three years of pertinent experience in change management and policy development
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Proven experience in executing process enhancement and change strategies
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of business operations and project management principles
  • Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to engage with stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and possess U.S. citizenship with necessary security clearance
