Opportunity Overview:

As a Senior Specialist in Organizational Resilience and Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational effectiveness for our clients by providing insightful external perspectives.

In this position, you will serve as a consultant in organizational change management and communications, directly impacting how our clients strategize, define, and implement transformative changes aimed at bolstering resilience. Collaborating closely with clients, you will evaluate their operational landscape, explore organizational alternatives, conduct thorough stakeholder analyses, and implement tailored change management strategies. Your expertise in change management frameworks and a profound understanding of resilience initiatives will empower you to develop customized action plans for each client.

Your responsibilities will also encompass strategic communication, where you will craft compelling messages and materials that resonate with target audiences across various platforms, including traditional and social media. You will engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring their needs are met while overcoming obstacles to change. Additionally, your project management acumen will be crucial in managing client expectations and leading teams to success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects within government sectors, particularly in resilience, disaster management, or sustainability.
  • Proven track record of motivating and managing teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive impactful change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools, such as Prosci or LaMarsh.
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ability to create data-driven communication strategies.
  • Eligibility for security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust project management skills.
  • Certification in Change Management.

Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will be required to undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility criteria for accessing classified information.
