Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant serves as the primary contact for organizational culture and behavior, providing in-depth change management support to facilitate the implementation and sustainability of the Strategic Capabilities and Processes Office and its portfolio operations.

This role involves preparing comprehensive migration plans and conducting trade-off analyses based on industry best practices. The consultant will help cultivate a culture that encourages communication across social, environmental, technical, and corporate landscapes with industry partners and DoD services/agencies. Additionally, the consultant will communicate with management to review project plans, status reports, and deliverables, ensuring that change management considerations are integrated into program plans and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing change management processes that support organizational change in cultural behavior within IT-centric organizations. (The Government will not assign a higher tradeoff rating for contractors with more than 2 years' experience in this field.)

Experience in executing change management processes across organizations with at least 350 personnel.

Proven track record in conducting corporate-level training and conference events that promote cultural education within the workforce.
