Position Summary:

As a Field Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering expert commissioning, operational support, and maintenance for water treatment systems across diverse environments. This position requires proficiency in various technologies, including clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), and ultrafiltration (UF). Success in this role hinges on your mechanical aptitude, process knowledge, and adept problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site commissioning, operational guidance, and maintenance support for water treatment systems.
  • Engage with a range of technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee project installations, commissioning, and rehabilitation tasks.
  • Deliver technical direction and conduct inspections for rebuild projects.
  • Ensure installations adhere to company specifications and standards.
  • Commission various equipment, including mixers, valves, and process pumps.
  • Assist clients with the installation of filter media and initial plant operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive controls testing to verify system functionality.
  • Train client personnel on operational procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize equipment performance, addressing any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and provide detailed reports on work performed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in water or wastewater treatment is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
