- Quality Assurance: Conduct QA testing and report any in-game technical issues to ensure the highest quality gaming experience.
- Player Feedback: Collect player opinions and suggestions, and provide timely feedback to drive game improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Experience: Experience in customer service in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional player experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and maintain a cheerful and responsible attitude.
- Language Skills: Conversational skills in Chinese (not required but a plus).
