- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as computer science, game development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in the gaming industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
- Passion for Gaming: A strong passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, maintaining a cheerful and responsible attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
