We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

The Technical Support Specialist will be tasked with delivering a variety of managed client services for a key customer. Responsibilities include: IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, among others. This position requires a blend of robust technical expertise and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment of Windows 11 systems
  • Management of Active Directory - Computer accounts
  • Imaging processes utilizing SCCM
  • Troubleshooting issues potentially caused by firewall, proxy, or antivirus applications
  • Exemplary Customer Service skills
  • Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with vendor-supported applications
  • Providing support for thin clients, mobile devices, desktops, and laptops
  • Configuring local device settings for Citrix/Epic applications, including signature pads, scanners, and credit card machines
  • Responding to service tickets and documenting resolutions for user clarity and future reference
  • Participating actively in weekly team meetings
  • Completing mandatory training and development sessions
  • Closing tickets in accordance with team standards
  • Delivering deskside/end-user support in a large healthcare setting, requiring mobility between workstations

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in desktop or technical support roles

Preferred Skills

  • A+ Certification
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System environments
  • Able to understand and follow both verbal and written technical instructions
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving enterprise and client technology hardware
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
  • Basic customer interaction capabilities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including MAC experience
  • Experience in printer repair
  • Prior networking knowledge
  • Experience with PC imaging
  • Deployment experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle

NTT DATA offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with the starting pay range being $32.40/hour. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience and technical skills.

This position includes eligibility for company benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings accounts, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and participation in a 401k plan with company matching.
