Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise
- Provide subject matter expertise on desktops, laptops, applications, and systems integration.

- Customer Support
- Deliver responsive technical support to clients and internal stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Hardware Installation and Maintenance
- Install and replace basic computer hardware components.
- Handle the loading, unpacking, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain an inventory of all assets and update the asset management database as needed.
- 4+ years of full-time experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite 2019 or later, and Apple iOS.
- Ability to lift average weights of less than 5 pounds and occasionally up to 15 pounds; good speaking, hearing, and vision capabilities.
- 4+ years of experience in the installation and support of hardware components for departmental, distributed, and personal computer systems.
- 4+ years of helpdesk experience with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Active Directory.
- Ability to create and update technical documentation.
- Experience in training staff as needed.
