The Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the end-user community at our facility. This role involves providing support for users encountering issues with clinical application software, various operating systems, productivity software, network connectivity, and other technology-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Availability to work various shifts as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years in IT support and at least 2 years in a Service Desk role.
- Experience in a call center environment managing a high volume of tickets (30+ daily).
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities; adept at triaging, tracking, and monitoring ticket progress in accordance with established SLAs, while following escalation protocols.
- Ability to learn swiftly and adapt to evolving environments, with a readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure successful task completion.
- Responsibilities include providing end-user support, swiftly diagnosing application/system issues, and managing user account creation and updates.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and related systems, performing software installations, PC maintenance, and maintaining communication regarding planned and unplanned outages.
